Lyle Clarke

Lyle Clarke

Lyle Clarke has extensive experience in Ontario’s producer responsibility sector, serving on the Board of Waste Diversion Ontario and Stewardship Ontario in their formative years, having built Stewardship Ontario’s organizational capability as 2IC from 2009 to 2012 and leading it through to 2014. Since 2014 Lyle has been a leading business executive and advisor in Canada’s emerging clean technology industry. Lyle is an accomplished leader and strategist with a deep appreciation for the economic challenges and opportunities emerging in this sector. An insightful negotiator and collaborator, particularly in complex multi-party situations; and he has the trust and respect of a wide range of contacts in government (both provincial and municipal), the waste management and recycling industries, and the consumer retail and packaged goods industries.

Glenn R. Maidment

Glenn R. Maidment

Glenn is a 35-year veteran of the rubber industry, having started his career in Kitchener, Ontario, working for a major tire company. Following progressively senior positions in Sales and Marketing, Glenn joined the Tire and Rubber Association of Canada in 1991 and was appointed President in 2001. In his current role he manages the overall affairs of the Tire and Rubber Association, acts as the industry’s chief spokesman, and develops and implements their strategic direction in concert with the Association’s Board of Directors. One such initiative was the industry’s implementation of the performance-based symbol to identify winter tires, which is now adopted around the world. Glenn is also a member of provincial tire stewardship boards in Manitoba and B.C.. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Economics and earned his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the Canadian Society of Association Executives.

Doug Hamilton

Doug Hamilton

Doug Hamilton graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) in 1974 and then obtained his LLB degree from U of T in 1977. He articled in a downtown Toronto law firm and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1979. Doug began working as in-house legal counsel for Goodyear Canada Inc. after being called to the Bar and continued in that role for 34 years before retiring in 2013. He became President of Goodyear Canada in 2009 until his retirement. Doug was an officer and director of Goodyear Canada for many years and also served on the Boards of various subsidiaries, primarily subsidiaries which operated retail networks. He also served on the Board of Ontario Tire Stewardship, the industry-funded tire recycling body in Ontario and on the Board of the Rubber Association of Canada. These experiences have given Doug a thorough understanding of the role of the Law Department in a large multi-national corporation and of the constituent elements which ensure the overall success (or failure) of the business in general. He has the skills of a generalist practising commercial law (plus a few specialized skills) and, as a business person, the ability to identify issues and the potential for improvement. Doug is a family man and has been an active member of his local United Church for many years.

Don Gauthier

Don Gauthier

Don has held numerous sales, marketing and senior management positions within the automotive and tire industry since 1984. Following a very successful posting as Senior VP Sales & Marketing for a prominent domestic tire manufacturer, Don moved to the independent tire dealer channel in 2001 to assist with the development of a corporate and associate store program for a mid-size regional tire dealer. He was very instrumental in re-launching the associate store program and turning it into a significant national operation. He retired in 2015. Don now enjoys his family, grandchildren and many hobbies including photography, woodworking and gardening. He also keeps in touch with the industry through various consulting opportunities.

Melissa L. Coulson

Melissa L. Coulson

Melissa is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Public Accountant with a practice located in downtown Milton. She has been practicing accounting for over 15 years starting with her training for her designation with Ernst & Young LLP in Toronto. In 2005, she took over an existing Milton practice, bringing her experience working with various types of corporations. Her practice includes accounting for small to medium size companies as well as providing personal tax advice to individuals and corporations. Melissa brings a wide range of experience to her clients who include sole proprietors, not-for-profit groups, charities and small to medium size corporations. Her office also performs bookkeeping services and she can provide audit and review engagement reports for her clients that need them.

She is actively involved in the Milton community and has sat as the President of the Milton Chamber of Commerce and has had a long-time affiliation with the United Way of Milton. Melissa is also a current Board Member of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority.

Steve Meldrum

Steve Meldrum

CEO, eTracks Tire Management Systems

Prior to leading eTracks, Steve spent the last 13 years as President and CEO of an environmental waste treatment technology company that grew from a start-up organization to an industry leader in the CleanTech space. He also spent 10 years in Management Consulting roles working closely with many start-ups and global Fortune 500 companies.  In addition, he has been a board member for many private companies as well being President of the Board of Directors for a Toronto-based not-for-profit. Steve lives with his family in Mississauga and enjoys sports and music in his free time.

Adam Bourke

Adam Bourke

COO, eTracks Tire Management Systems

Adam Bourke is a Mechanical Engineer and graduated from the University of Toronto faculty of Applied Science and Engineering. With 25 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Technology, Adam has been an entrepreneur and also worked in multiple industries where he applied supply chain and technology best practices to help transform some of Canada’s largest organizations. Adam is a strong believer in using fact-based approaches to solve operational challenges. He is responsible for all aspects of eTracks’ operating model including stakeholder management, vendor management, service fulfillment, network planning and technology. Adam plays recreational hockey and enjoys home improvements in his free time.

Jeff Niehaus

Jeff Niehaus

VP, People & Compliance

Jeff Niehaus is a graduate of the Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) program at Queen’s University. Jeff also holds a Certificate Program in Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance through York University / Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development. Jeff has spent the majority of his HR and People/Organizational Development career in the electrical manufacturing and services industry, as well as the supply-chain and transportation industry, where he developed a keen interest in process and value optimization, and large-scale change management. Prior to joining eTracks, Jeff held a leadership position within a global charitable organization, positioning him favorably for a commercial, not-for-profit environment such as eTracks. As the VP People and Compliance, Jeff is responsible for leading the organization design, the HR function, and overall regulatory compliance.  Jeff lives in West Toronto and enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering his time with a local children’s mental health and autism organization. He also currently sits as the President of the Board of a local synchronized swim club.

Robyn MacArthur

Robyn MacArthur

VP, Finance

Robyn MacArthur is a CPA CMA, and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. After many years in Consumer-Packaged Goods and Mining, both as a management accountant and then in internal auditing, specifically with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) legislation, Robyn joined the regulatory world of not for profit in 2016. She then joined the eTracks team in October 2018. As the VP Finance, Robyn is responsible for all cash management and treasury, internal and external reporting, and corporate risk management. Robyn lives in Toronto and enjoys volunteering her time on a few non-profit boards. She also likes to travel as much as she can.
