The Province of Ontario has fundamentally changed the legislation that governs tire recycling. Called “Individual Producer Responsibility”, the new model makes ‘obligated companies’ (ie. automobile manufacturers, tire manufacturers, tire importers, and tire distributors) accountable for ensuring that their share of used tires are recovered and recycled according to standards set by the government.

As a 100% Canadian company, we are committed to providing seamless, efficient, and responsible service.

By building strong relationships with tire producers, distributors, retailers, and suppliers of ‘End of Life Tires’ (ELT) services, and by establishing best-in-class corporate governance, oversight and management processes, eTracks will assist the tire producers, manufacturers and importers to meet their legislative obligations under the Ontario Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA).

Some positions require in-office work at our Oakville office.  Some team members work remotely, with the option to work in our office.

What will you work on?

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will perform a broad range of business technology, IT Security and data analysis tasks, in addition to overall Enterprise Technology (i.e. eTracks Sustainable Recovery Platform – ‘eSRP’) development, testing, maintenance and enhancement.

You will be a key member of the team that will work with stakeholders from various departments in support of current and future business processes, applications, and reporting.

Logistics & Stakeholder Relations Coordinator

What will you work on?

Reporting to the Director, Operations & Programs, you will play an important supportive role in driving efficiency (cost, quality, time) within eTracks’ tire collection and processing network and will help the team manage change within the evolving tire recycling industry.

The Logistics & Stakeholder Coordinator is a dual-role. Under the direction of the Director of Operations & Programs you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist in the day-to-day supply chain business aspects (i.e. movement of end-of-life tires from collection sites to processing facilities). As a secondary function, you will also be expected to provide support, as required, to the Stakeholder Relations Manager, by reviewing transactions, identifying abnormalities, resolving technical issues, and escalating significant issues to appropriate parties.
