Our mission is to deliver exemplary compliance services to companies obligated under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA).

eTracks was incorporated under the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act in 2017 and is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The company was originally created by the Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC) to meet the needs of  its members and other obligated tire producers under the RRCEA in Ontario. Since then, eTracks has become known as a trusted, innovative, industry thought leader in tire recycling and the circular economy. Our singular purpose as a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), and one we are proud of, is our commitment to the responsible recovery and recycling of used tires on behalf of tire producers.

Your trusted partner in compliance management

Our depth of knowledge in compliance, recycling legislation and supply chain management is strengthened by our team of diverse and knowledgeable staff. Some of us helped pioneer tire recycling in Canada, while others bring experiences and perspectives from different industries and backgrounds.

We believe that sharing different opinions and experiences leads to new and innovative solutions; something we value as the recycling industry continues to grow and change. Regardless of our individual perspectives, we work as a team to deliver the best possible services and offerings to our partners and customers.

The implementation of the Tire Regulation in 2019 ushered in a competitive, free market for resource recovery services. As the largest tire PRO, we value the trust our customers place in us to make decisions that support the integrity of their brand while managing their obligations and fostering a green economy.

It takes a network of service providers to support a more circular economy.  To this end, we remain committed to building strong and productive relationships with suppliers of recovery services by deploying open procurement practices according to competitive market principles.
