Regulatory technology

The Sustainable Recovery Platform (eSRP)

How we manage resource recovery and recycling data

eSRP is a regulatory technology we developed to support producers in meeting their obligations under the Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) framework and Tire Regulation 225/18. As a dynamic platform, eSRP manages the flow of used materials by tracking and tracing, from source to end point, how a material moves through the recycling supply chain. eSRP is currently used by roughly 7000 users across the end-of-life tire supply chain including, producers, collectors, haulers and processors.

MODULAR
Our platform is a collection of building blocks that can be configured in different ways, adapting to customer/producer, service provider and/or regulatory needs. Over time, some modules will be developed to serve new purposes, or to improve performance.

ADAPTABLE
eSRP is capable of changing and growing with the recycling industry. Whether it’s a regulatory or industry change, eSRP was built to adapt.

SCALEABLE
eSRP can handle unique and diverse workloads and user demands. It responds to our needs as a PRO, and the needs of our users; whether that means adding new capabilities, resources, features, or new material classes.

AUDITABLE
eSRP provides auditors with the information they need to accurately examine our resource recovery and recycling activities. eSRP was built with the understanding that a successful audit depends on accurate records and transparency in operational reporting.

USER-FRIENDLY
eSRP requires a basic level of technical skill to operate, anyone with a mobile, or desktop device will find it easy to use and understand.

GREEN TECHNOLOGY
The implementation of eSRP supports a green economy and has allowed us to significantly reduce our paper waste, and reduce the need for manual transactions from 89% to 43%.

etracks

Through enhanced data collection, tracking, reporting and oversight, we’re improving the accuracy of resource recovery data and supporting a more circular economy.

MOBILE: the mobile application is used in the field by haulers and processors, to track the real-time flow of tire transactions, from pick-up to delivery.

DESKTOP: the desktop application is used by administrators to manage their overall transaction activity and history. It’s the data source for generating transaction reports and/or submitting invoices for services rendered.

PORTAL: the portal application is used by eTracks staff to review transactions for accuracy and ensure payments are made quickly.

Testimonials

“eSRP has been a fantastic upgrade that is very easy to use. It enables us to process transactions much faster. Invoicing and billing features are streamlined which saves us time and we get paid faster.”

Kevin Gray
General Manager, Fraction Recycling

“It’s easy to use, updates quickly, there are multiple ways to filter transactions, Pickups/Delivery transactions for each load are listed together under transactions and invoicing is quicker. The switch (to eSRP) was easy. I attended all the Webinar’s provided by eTracks which helped with the transition.

The webinars were well done, and emailed questions are answered promptly. Overall, the system works well for us. It’s user friendly and accessible.”
