Since January 1, 2022 eSRP has been used to track and trace the movement of end-of-life tires for the worlds largest tire manufacturers, auto-makers and importers, supporting an active user based of over 7000 participants in Ontario alone. Our goal is to actually make tire recycling systems better by maximizing tire resource recovery and supporting positive environmental outcomes in one, easy-to-use, scaleable platform.
eSRP has managed hundreds of thousands of used tire transactions; while reducing manual administration and improving the quality and accuracy of data captured. Platform insights are tailored to tire manufacturers, automakers, tire importers, haulers, processors, tire retailers, municipal sites, dealerships and can be customized for other stakeholders. As a dynamic platform, eSRP reveals how a material moves through the recycling supply chain, gathering valuable data from the point of tire collection, to tire hauling, processing and end market use. eSRP is expanding for use in other regions, and meeting the needs of a variety of tire recyclers and stakeholders who are committed to improving the re-use of valuable end-of-life tire materials and achieving greater sustainability.

MODULAR
Our platform is a collection of building blocks that can be configured in different ways, adapting to various recycling needs and users. Modules continue to be developed to serve new purposes, and to improve performance.
ADAPTABLE
As a cloud-based platform, eSRP is capable of changing and growing with the recycling industry; and can meet the needs of tire producers, retailers, haulers and other stakeholders needing better oversight of tire movement, storage and recycling.
SCALEABLE
eSRP can handle unique and diverse workloads and user demands. It responds to the needs of the user it serves, and has managed hundreds of thousands of tire transactions from invoicing, to in the field activity.
AUDITABLE
eSRP provides auditors and administrators with the information they need to accurately examine resource recovery and recycling activities. eSRP was built with the understanding that a successful audit depends on accurate records and transparency in operational reporting.
USER-FRIENDLY
eSRP requires a basic level of technical skill to operate, anyone with a mobile, or desktop device will find it easy to use and understand.
GREEN TECHNOLOGY
The implementation of eSRP supports a green economy and significantly reduces paper waste, and the need for manual transactions. In the first month of deployment within Ontario, Canada; eSRP reduced manual paper transactions from 89% to 43% while improving the accuracy of data captured and reported!
MOBILE: the mobile application is used in the field by tire collection sites, haulers and processors, to track the real-time flow of tire transactions, from pick-up to delivery.
DESKTOP: the desktop application is used by administrators to manage their overall transaction activity and history. It’s the data source for generating transaction reports and/or submitting invoices for services rendered.
PORTAL: the portal application is used by administrators to review transactions for accuracy and ensure payments are made quickly.
“eSRP has been a fantastic upgrade that is very easy to use. It enables us to process transactions much faster. Invoicing and billing features are streamlined which saves us time and we get paid faster.”

“It’s easy to use, updates quickly, there are multiple ways to filter transactions, Pickups/Delivery transactions for each load are listed together under transactions and invoicing is quicker. The switch (to eSRP) was easy. I attended all the Webinar’s provided by eTracks which helped with the transition.
The webinars were well done, and emailed questions are answered promptly. Overall, the system works well for us. It’s user friendly and accessible.”
