Incorporated under the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act, eTracks is governed by an independent Board of Directors that is dedicated to delivering superior performance.
eTracks Tire Management Systems was incorporated by the Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC) to meet the needs of its members and other obligated producers to responsibly manage and dispose of ELTs (End of Life Tires) in Ontario as required by the Ontario Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA).
Our mission is to deliver reliable and prudent compliance services to companies obligated under the Act.
eTracks is your partner for ELT (End of Life Tires) management
Our breadth and depth of knowledge of product stewardship legislation and supply chain management in Canada is unsurpassed. In fact, some of our partners and advisors pioneered responsible ELT (End of Life Tires) management in Canada nearly three decades ago, and have been involved in ELT (End of Life Tires) tire management ever since. We are also drawing on decades of experience in the broader producer responsibility and recycling industry in Canada and beyond.
We understand the business, the people, the systems and we have the experience and economies of scale to deliver the outcomes our customers require.
We have also learned from Ontario’s recent experience with waste diversion legislation, and are committed to building strong and productive relationships with suppliers of recovery services by deploying open procurement practices according to market principles.
