Welcome to the Sustainable Recovery Platform (eSRP)

Adaptable, auditable, configurable resource recovery and recycling data insights for brands operating under Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) and/or Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) frameworks.

eSRP was developed to support tire producers in meeting their obligations under the Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) framework and Tire Regulation 225/18 (RRCEA)

In a nutshell, we manage the flow of end-of-life tires on behalf of producers (our customers) by managing and improving current supply chains for waste-to-resource materials, from source to end point.

Through innovative systems, like eSRP, we’re improving the accuracy and audit-ability of recycling data, with the goal of diverting more waste from our landfills and supporting a more circular economy.

Our system is easy to use, on any device, in any region; and can be customized to manage a variety of material classes.

Read the press release.

Frequently Ask Questions

Collectors

What happens if I couldn't post my QR code and a hauler comes to do pickup?

If for some reason you have not been able to post your eTracks QR code by Jan. 1, 2022. eSRP has a “Search a Collector” feature that will allow a hauler to pickup your tires without a QR code.  It allows them to search all “enrolled eTracks Collectors” and complete their pickup.

Will Collectors need a new QR code?

Yes. New QR codes were sent by email on Dec. 3, 2021. These new QR codes will replace your current TreadMarks QR codes as of January 1, 2022. Please continue to use your TreadMarks QR code until Dec. 31, 2021. If you do not receive your new QR code, please email us at info@etracks.ca

How do I obtain my log-in information for eSRP (to update profile/employee info)?

Collectors will receive their eSRP log-in information on December 17th. Once you receive it, you will be able to view your eSRP account information and add employees ahead of the launch on January 1, 2022. If you do not recieve this information, please email info@etracks.ca, as we may not have your updated contact information.

What are the computer requirements for running the eSRP Web App?

User computers must have the following system requirements and supported browsers to run the web app:

Windows 10: Edge (latest), Firefox (latest), Chrome (latest)

MacOS 10.15 Catalina or higher: Safari (latest), Firefox (latest), Chrome (latest)

Note: These are the minimum requirements supported by SRP, but higher specifications are recommended for better performance.

Are the requirements of eTracks enrolled Collectors changing because of the new system?

No. Your requirements will not change with the new system. To review your requirements, please visit the Stakeholder section of our website.

What do I do with the old TreadMarks application? Will I lose my TreadMarks information?

All of your information will be migrated to eSRP, therefore when you log-in, your profile will be pre-populated.  There is nothing you need to do other than ensure you have your new QR code ready for January 1, 2022.

Haulers

What should I do if I pick up tires and haven't decided which processor I'm delivering to?

If you pickup tires and aren’t sure what processor you’re delivering to, you can deliver to storage instead. You can then complete a delivery to processor by picking up tires from storage and completing a delivery to a processor.

What should I do if the Collection Site doesn't have their QR code posted?

If you can’t located the QR code of an enrolled eTracks Collector, eSRP allows you to complete this part of the pickup by using the “Search a Collector” function. This will pull up the enrolled eTracks Collectors to choose from, and allow you to complete your pickup without a QR code.  You can also refer to the video tutorial:  “How to pickup from a Collection Site”

Will haulers be able to try out the system with some test transactions before January 1?

Yes! Haulers received an email with instructions on how to log-in to the Web App (if you’re the administrator) or a link with instructions on how to download the Mobile Add (if you’re a carrier/hauler/sub-contractor).  This information was sent out on December 14th.  Users who activated their log-ins were able to try out the system with test transactions between Dec. 16 – 23, 2021. Any “test” transactions you, or your staff created under your eSRP profile were then deleted by eTracks.

Whether I'm a direct contract holder or a sub-contractor, how is that reflected in eSRP?

If you have a direct hauling contract with eTracks and deliver to Evolve or Moose Creek processing facilities, you will invoice eTracks directly. As the contract holder, you are responsible for adding your employees, such as haulers (drivers) to your eSRP profile as a “carrier”.

All Processors working with eTracks Tire Management Systems have a ‘direct hauling agreement’ with us. The tires delivered into each Processor arrive via a contract covering the individual hauler, or, via a collection of contracts covering multiple haulers under direct hauler agreements. When a hauler does not have a direct hauling contract with eTracks, they are operating as a sub-contractor to a hauler with an agreement in place.

The direct hauling contract holder with eTracks is responsible for managing their network of sub-contractors and invoicing eTracks directly for services delivered to Evolve or Moose Creek.

If you are a sub-contractor to a direct contract holder, you will be responsible for managing your commercial relationship with them directly; and they (not eTracks) will pay you directly according to those contractual obligations.

Does eSRP require an internet connection?

eSRP is an internet-based application and requires the use of either data or wifi to log-in and sync information. We suggest syncing at least once a day and before logging off, this ensure transactions are processed and payments can be made promptly.
